Safety: Externally Published Standards Against CSAE

Last updated: July 2026

This page sets out Coachez Only's publicly published standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), followed by the full set of platform policies. It is available to anyone — no account, login, or app access is required to view it. Google Play reviewers and the public may use this single URL for both the "App's externally published standards against CSAE" and "App policies" fields.

Section A — Standards Against CSAE

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Coachez Only has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers minors. This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM, including realistic or synthetic depictions), the grooming or solicitation of minors, sexualized commentary about young athletes, attempts to contact minors outside sanctioned coaching channels, and any content that encourages or normalizes such conduct. Violations are removed on discovery and may be reported to law enforcement without further notice.

2. 18+ Age Verification

Coachez Only is an app for adults. Only individuals 18 years of age or older may create an account, post, message, or otherwise participate in the community. New accounts must attest that the user is at least 18. User profiles that we learn belong to a minor are suspended. Accounts that are created or operated on behalf of a youth athlete must be parental-managed youth profiles established through our guardian consent flow and do not grant the minor direct access to the platform's social or messaging features.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting, sharing, or linking to any sexualized, abusive, or exploitative content involving a minor.
  • Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to meet a minor for sexual or otherwise harmful purposes.
  • Using the app's messaging, networking, or travel-coordination features to circumvent parental or guardian oversight of a youth athlete.
  • Requesting or sharing private contact details, images, or location data from a minor outside of a parent-managed profile.
  • Creating, uploading, or distributing synthetic or AI-generated depictions that sexualize minors.
  • Coordinating or facilitating any conduct that would endanger a child, including at tournaments, travel events, or in-person meetups arranged through the app.

4. Detection & Moderation

We combine proactive and reactive measures. Onboarding requires an 18+ attestation and, where applicable, parental consent is verified before any youth athlete profile is activated. User-generated content (posts, comments, messages, drill media, trading-card images, and travel-page content) is reviewed through a mix of in-app reporting, an admin Moderation Queue, automated signals, and human review. We act on credible reports promptly, prioritize anything involving minors, and escalate suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.

5. Reporting to NCMEC

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or conduct that appears to constitute child sexual exploitation, we preserve relevant material, restrict access to it, and make a report to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Managers and reviewers who handle such reports are trained on the reporting workflow and on the legal obligation to preserve evidence. Anyone may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

6. Enforcement

Verified violations result in immediate and proportionate action up to and including permanent account bans, removal of all offending content, and reporting to the appropriate authorities. We may prevent repeat offenders from re-registering and cooperate with law-enforcement investigations. Users who believe a moderation decision was made in error may request a review, but content involving minors that is removed as suspected CSAM is not restored pending appeal.

7. User Resources

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) — CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org · 1-800-843-5678.

To report a concern from within Coachez Only, use the in-app report button on the content, profile, or message, or contact our team through the app's support channel. Reports can be made anonymously and are reviewed by a human.

8. Governance & Review

These standards are owned by Coachez Only's safety and trust team and reviewed at least annually, and whenever there is a material change to our features, applicable law, or platform requirements. Detection methods, reviewer training, and enforcement outcomes are tracked to evaluate effectiveness. Material updates to this page are published here with a revised "Last updated" date so that reviewers, users, and authorities always see the current, externally published version.
