What Builds Your Card's Value

Your Legacy Points (LP) are auto-calculated from real coaching activity — nothing self-reported counts alone.

Experience

Years coaching + seasons tracked in the Season Builder.

Program Impact

Championships & recorded results. Weighted, not dominant — so under-resourced programs still build value.

Playbook Contribution

Plays submitted to the Playbook Editor + drills you share to the Drill Library.

Mentorship

Mentor status & activity in the Coach Network.

Development Focus

Athletes you maintain + Team Culture activity you run.

Reputation

Coaches collecting your card + shoutouts you give. Peer-driven, never public ratings.

Market signals that make a card collectible

Collected Count

How many coaches bookmarked your card — the price-discovery signal for who's worth learning from.

Rising Badge

Under 2 years on the platform yet already Established tier or above.

Collect = Follow

Collecting a coach lets you follow and discover them in the Coach Network.

Anti-gaming: self-reported records are weighted below platform-verified activity, endorsements are positive-only (no public ratings), and content value is driven by adoption rather than submission count.
